If you haven’t done so already, the time has finally come to make the switch from MobileMe to iCloud. Apple closed down their old syncing service today and removed the iDisk and MobileMe Gallery apps from the App Store, leaving behind any stragglers who have not yet made the jump to the new iCloud hotness launched alongside iOS 5 last year. If you are one of those stragglers, you’ll be happy to know that you can move your data to iCloud right from the MobileMe homepage, and it seems Find My iPhone will still function for users who have not updated to iCloud due to their devices being too old to run iOS 5 or OS X Lion, and iDisk and Gallery files can still be retrieved for a limited time....

Mondo has jumped on the Disney collectibles bandwagon and will soon offer Disney pins, apparel, games and more. Mondo is a subsidiary of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, but it’s become best known for its unique limited-edition posters based on pop culture, including posters for Marvel properties Daredevil, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones. Many of these posters are on view at the company’s permanent gallery in Austin, Texas. Mondo is also known for its T-shirts, as well as special vinyl releases, including a recent soundtrack for season 2 of Luke Cage curated by musicians Adrian Younge and A Tribe Called Quest’s Ali Shaheed Muhammad....

Microsoft Garage, Microsoft’s experimental projects team, has finally released their much anticipated Hub Keyboard for iOS today. This specific keyboard lacks the expected special one-handed typing mode, along with the previously reported Swype-like typing functionality. The latter feature may have been related to Microsoft’s recent purchase of SwiftKey, although it appears some of SwiftKey’s features made its way into Hub Keyboard in the form of autocompletion suggestions. Hub Keyboard integrates with Microsoft’s own Office 365 allowing users to quickly search through their own contacts and documents and share them wherever the keyboard is present....
